Accountant

- Manage daily accounting operations, including cash, accounts receivable/payable, revenue, expenses, Payroll, and other financial transactions.

- Maintain and improve the company's accounting and financial management system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

- Handle tax declarations and submissions (VAT, PIT, CIT) in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.

- Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and support budgeting and financial planning activities.

- Work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders when required.

- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards and company policies.

- Continuously improve accounting processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in General Accounting or a similar position.

- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations.

- Proficient in accounting software such as MISA, FAST...

- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.

- Experience preparing financial statements, tax reports, and managing end-to-end accounting processes.

- Previous experience in service, digital, or start-up companies is an advantage.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
