Social Specialist

- Plan and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly content calendars across social media platforms.

- Create engaging, trend-driven content including posts, captions, images, short-form videos, and other digital content.

- Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels, including scheduling, publishing, community management, and performance optimization.

- Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments and messages, helping build an active online community.

- Stay up to date with social media, entertainment, gaming, and digital trends to produce timely and viral content.

- Analyze content performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, and recommend improvements based on data.

- Research competitors, audience insights, and platform trends to identify new content opportunities.

- Support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and other projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Community Management.

- Hands-on experience managing Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.

- Experience operating fanpages or social media channels with strong engagement; experience in entertainment, gaming, or media is a plus.

- Strong content creation, trend research, and storytelling skills.

- Excellent Vietnamese writing skills; English reading and writing ability is an advantage.

- Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media performance metrics.

- Creative, proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
