Social Content Officer

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Develop and maintain daily/weekly content calendars for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and the company website.
• Write, produce, and optimize creative, high-quality content (articles, copy, video scripts, and visual captions) tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with designers and external vendors to produce marketing materials, videos, and graphics.
• Ensure all content is proofread, approved, and published accurately and on schedule.

2. Campaign Support & Execution

• Execute digital marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Content Marketing Lead and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to user comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand voice online.
• Track key content performance metrics (engagement, reach, views) and prepare regular performance reports.

3. Market Research & Trends

• Stay updated on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities, especially within the fintech and digital payment sectors, to identify new content ideas.
• Propose creative content angles and formats to improve audience interaction and brand positioning.

4. Other

• Support branding, internal communications, and company events when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  At least 2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Copywriting, or Digital Marketing.

• Prior experience working in Fintech, Digital Payment, Finance, or Banking industries is highly preferred.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content optimization, and audience behaviors.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools and familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve marketing productivity is a plus
