Product Specialist - Financial Products

1. Product Development

• Design and construct new financial products and solutions.
• Propose product structures, credit limits, interest rates, and applicable policies.
• Collaborate in building product operational workflows and policies.

2. Market Research

• Analyze customer needs, behavior, and emerging market trends.
• Benchmark and monitor competitors' products and offerings.
• Recommend continuous improvements to enhance product competitiveness.

3. Product Performance Analysis

• Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics post-launch.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including: Application Conversion Rate, Approval Rate, Successful Disbursement/Fulfillment Rate, Product Portfolio Growth, Delinquency Control, and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Control.
• Propose data-driven solutions to optimize business efficiency and profitability.

4. Product Project Management

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Risk, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to implement and launch products.
• Track project timelines and resolve arising issues promptly.
• Ensure products meet all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Korean native

- Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or in Product Development within the financial sector.

- Deep understanding of credit products, lending, and the Fintech ecosystem.

- Skills:

• Strong data analysis capabilities and a product-oriented mindset.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Proficient in standard office software and skilled in leveraging AI tools to optimize productivity.
