Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct search.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records in the database.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring activities.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting.
• Experience working in a Korean company environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to communicate with Korean is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting for technical/IT positions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
