Senior Software Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and AI-powered platforms using Python

and/or Golang/Node/Java, focusing on high-performance services, APIs, and distributed architectures.

• Develop and integrate AI features including multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM

based applications, ensuring reliability and scalability.

• Design end-to-end systems covering API layer, microservices, database, and third-party

integrations (LLM providers, vector DBs).

• Optimize system performance, handle concurrency, caching, and large-scale data processing.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, Product, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features,

maintain code quality, and contribute to technical design and architecture.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Engineering, or Platform Development.

- Strong proficiency in at least one language: Golang, Java, Python, or Node.js.

- Experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.

AI & Data Engineering

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

- Generative AI / LLM applications

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems

- AI Evaluation or AI Guardrails

- Data pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, and inference

- Good understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning fundamentals and AI system architecture.

Platform & Infrastructure

- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern software development practices.

- Knowledge of event-driven systems, messaging queues, and system scalability is a plus.

Preferred

- Experience with AI platform development, model serving, MLOps, or open-source LLMs.

- Familiarity with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).

- Experience in AI safety, content moderation, evaluation, or model optimization is a strong advantage.
