Product Strategy & Management

Define and execute the product strategy for SmartCity solutions and platforms.

Conduct market and technology research on emerging trends, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Video Surveillance Systems, Data Analytics, and Early Warning Systems.

Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.

Establish and manage comprehensive product documentation, including product specifications, user guides, deployment procedures, and training materials.

Product Development & Deployment

Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of SmartCity products and services.

Ensure products comply with technical standards and internal information security requirements.

Collaborate with technology partners to integrate advanced technologies and solutions.

Deliver one strategic SmartCity project in Q2 2026 and complete productization activities to support large-scale deployment in 2027.

Team Leadership & Development

Build, lead, and develop the Product Development team.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.

Evaluate team performance and drive capability development initiatives.

Present and demonstrate products and solutions to customers, partners, and regulatory authorities.

Governance & Reporting

Manage product development budgets and resource allocation.

Provide regular progress updates, performance reports, and improvement recommendations to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in technology product development, including at least 4 years in a leadership position (Team Lead, Product Manager, Department Head, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of SmartCity ecosystems and technology-driven product development.

Knowledge of building and urban security operations, including surveillance systems, alarm and notification systems, fire safety systems, and traffic safety management.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Strategic thinking with strong market analysis capabilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong project management and budget management capabilities.

Professional working proficiency in English, including business communication and technical discussions.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience delivering SmartCity, IoT Security, Public Safety, or Urban Security projects.

Experience working with AI, IoT platforms, Video Analytics, Smart Surveillance, and Data Analytics solutions.

Familiarity with Intelligent Operations Centers (IOC) and Smart Utilities platforms.

Experience collaborating with government agencies, municipalities, and public-sector stakeholders.

Strong understanding of large-scale SmartCity solution deployment and commercialization.
