Senior Product Owner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define and develop end-to-end lending journey on HCVN mobile app.

- Define KPIs for app lending effectiveness (e.g., E2E contracts on HAPPY, Scoring take-up rate, Signing penetration).

- Ensure timely delivery of new lending features and use cases by collaborating with IT, CVM, Marketing, Compliance, and other relevant teams.

- Utilize deep knowledge of users and technology to define requirements/ stories that are comprehensible to developers/ QC.

- Create and maintain a product backlog focused on app lending-related initiatives balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

- Prioritize features based on business objectives, compliance requirements, and user goals.

- Break down features into detailed user stories suitable for sprint planning.

- Continuously analyze, optimize, and A/B test lending journey for improvement.

- Clearly communicate product plans, use cases, and performance updates to stakeholders.

- Define success metrics for every feature/ product you build.

- Monitor and evaluate features/ product after launch.

- Support the PO Lead or Head of Digital Platform when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 4+ years of experience as a PO/ BA in financial services, fintech, banking, e-commerce, or tech companies, including at least 1.5 years working closely with development teams

- Experience managing B2C digital products with ~1M users; experience with loan journey projects is a plus

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Hardworking, proactive, and eager to learn and take on responsibilities

- Experience with technical tools (e.g., Jira, Azure, Confluence, Figma, Diagram, …) is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of mobile apps, digital user behavior, and finance platforms

- Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills

- English is a must.
