Legal Executive

In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations on personal data protection, including the Law on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations, Home Credit Vietnam Finance Company Limited (“Home Credit”) collects and processes candidates’ personal data for recruitment purposes and other related purposes in accordance with the Agreement, Notice and Acceptance for Personal Data Processing.

• To conduct legal works in relation to the day-to-day business and operations of the company in timely manner to protect the interest of the company. Specific works include, but not limited to, the following key tasks:

o Provide legal advice for the business (other than funding activities) and projects of the company;

o Research, analyze and provide legal consultation for various aspects during operations of the company;

o Prepare, draft, revise, review and/or provide comments on all agreements, templates, internal regulations and/or other documents related to the Company;

o Participate in the contract negotiation and execution of the Company;

o Represent the Company in the litigation and other legal procedures involving the Company (where neccessary);

o Support the operations of AntiFraud team from legal perspective;

o Provide Legal Update of new Regulations as well as translation of contracts and other materials (where neccessary);

o Assist the Funding Legal team (if required); and

o Support other departments of the company in all legal matters.

• To participate in and support the Head of Business Legal in the design customer journeys and processes, especially the ones with digital and modern orientation, using smart and innovative methods/ tools/ market practices as being assigned; and

• Other tasks as may be assigned by the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 4 years of experience working in internal legal roles for Banking Finance industry, open for Law-firm background

• Experienced in litigation is a must

• Bachelor’s degree in law

• Good communication skill

• Hard-working and eager-to-learn

• Fluent in English
