Process Analyst

A. Process design and analysis:

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to:

• Assess impacts, identify gaps, and develop optimized processes for all company projects and initiatives.

• Design and analyze business processes in accordance with BPMN and HCVN process standards.

B. Process documentation

• Prepare documentation and obtain necessary approvals following policy or process changes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and company standards in the most efficient manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.

C. Process improvement

• Apply a structured approach to strengthen domain knowledge and proactively engage with business and technical stakeholders.

• Identify pain points, key process gaps, and relevant performance metrics to drive process improvement opportunities.

• Initiate and facilitate discussions to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational enhancement.

D. Change management

• Facilitate the change registration process to ensure all proposals are properly reviewed and executed smoothly, while providing requestors with adequate support and a seamless experience.

E. Other Responsibilities

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University or advanced degree preferable in Economics, Business Administration.

- 2-3 years experience with proven record in business process management, business analyst. preferrable in banking or consumer finance, or risk/ops/process consultancy

- Excellent communications in both Vietnamese and English

- Demonstrated ability to practice complex problem solving, advanced negotiation, influence capability, and conflict solving

- Demonstrated skills in report writing, data visualization and data-driven mindset

- Able to independently develop and deliver presentation in front of large audience
