Navigos Search's Client is looking for a Senior Paid Media & Performance Specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition activities across multiple brands and international markets.
This is a hands-on senior role where you will manage and optimise campaigns across both Paid Search and Paid Social, while also supporting the team with best practices, campaign quality and performance improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimise Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and TikTok campaigns.
- Own performance across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Social and remarketing.
- Manage budgets, ROAS, CPA, conversion and revenue performance.
- Handle GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, Merchant Center and product feeds.
- Work with creative, content, ecommerce and web teams on campaign testing and optimisation.
- Analyse performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Support and mentor other PPC team members.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 6–8+ years of hands-on PPC / Paid Media experience.
- Strong experience in both Paid Search & Paid Social.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Microsoft Ads and preferably TikTok / LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with conversion tracking and ecommerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently and own campaigns end-to-end.
- Good English communication skills.
Plus: International market experience (US/UK/Australia/Europe), ecommerce/D2C, Shopify/Magento, CAPI/server-side tracking and CRO experience.
