1. Social Media & Content

• Develop and implement content plans for Paradise’s social media channels.

• Create, write, and review engaging content in both English and Vietnamese for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.

• Coordinate the production of visual and video content, including Reels, TikTok, photography, and other social assets.

• Manage social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging, content quality, and audience engagement.

2. PR, Communications & Partnerships

• Support PR and communications activities, including media relations, advertorials, press releases, and brand communications.

• Coordinate with KOLs, KOCs, influencers, media partners, and other external stakeholders.

• Identify and support partnership, sponsorship, barter, and co-marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.

3. Marketing Materials & Creative Production

• Develop and update marketing materials, including brochures, sales kits, itineraries, menus, POSM, website and landing page content, and other sales and marketing assets.

• Brief, coordinate, and review creative work, including design, photography, video production, and other creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

4. Campaign, Event & Digital Marketing

• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, events, activations, CSR initiatives, FAM trips, media trips, and KOL/influencer trips.

• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.

• Support digital marketing activities, including Paid Media, EDM, website, SEO, and other digital touchpoints in line with campaign objectives.

5. Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Coordinate with agencies and vendors, including quotations, contracts, production, delivery, acceptance, and payment processes.

• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and partner research to identify trends and marketing opportunities.

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, consolidate campaign and activity reports, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely execution.

• Monitor customer feedback, campaign performance, and market trends to support continuous improvement of marketing strategies and activities.

6. Brand Management

• Ensure all marketing communications and creative assets are consistent with Paradise’s brand guidelines, positioning, tone of voice, and values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mark

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written) for business communications and content creation.

• Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns effectively and independently.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in event planning and execution.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Email Marketing,…).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or luxury sector, especially in cruise products or similar high-end services.

• Knowledge of the Halong Bay area and an understanding of the luxury tourism market.
