• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

• Manage and update the company's website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.

• Coordinate the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional materials, and brand communications.

• Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and other external partners to deliver marketing projects.

• Monitor and optimize digital marketing activities, including social media advertising, SEO, and other online campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data and insights.

• Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, partnerships, and brand activation activities.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

• Assist in mentoring junior team members and support cross-functional projects when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing; experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, wellness, fitness, healthcare, or other service-related industries is highly preferred.

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content marketing.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
