1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

•  Take ownership of assigned digital marketing campaigns from execution and monitoring through to optimization.
•  Set up, manage and monitor campaigns across social media and digital advertising platforms.
•  Coordinate with Content Marketing to publish and distribute campaign content.
•  Manage campaign assets and digital materials when required.
•  Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.

2. Lead Generation

• Execute and optimize digital activities to generate potential customers and qualified leads.
• Monitor lead volume, quality and sources by channel and campaign.
• Ensure timely handover of qualified leads to the relevant team.
•  Work with the Marketing Leader to improve lead-generation performance.

3. Performance & Optimization

•  Monitor campaign performance and key digital metrics.
•  Use data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and improve results.
•  Test different content, creatives, audiences or campaign approaches.
•  Use AI and digital tools where appropriate to improve productivity and execution.

4. Reporting & Insights

•  Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.
•  Track traffic, engagement, leads and qualified leads.
•  Identify issues, trends and opportunities.
•  Provide practical, data-based recommendations.

5. Team Collaboration

•  Work closely with the Marketing Leader on campaign execution and performance.
•  Coordinate with Content Marketing and Operations when required.
•  Work with relevant teams to support lead generation and conversion.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

•  1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or a related role, with strong hands-on campaign experience.
•  Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or similar platforms.
•  Good understanding of digital channels, lead generation and performance metrics.
•  Comfortable working with data and performance reports.
•  Good working English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing – required.
•  Good organization, communication and attention to detail.
•  Proactive, quick to learn, adaptable and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership.
•  Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving startup environment.
•  Comfortable working with numbers, testing different approaches and using data to improve results.

Nice to Have

•  Experience in travel, tourism or hospitality.
•  Chinese language skills.
•  Experience working with international markets or customers.
•  Experience using GA4, CRM or AI tools for marketing, analytics or productivity.

Compensation:
