• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Halong Bay Cruise and Hotel products, focusing on both local and international markets.

• Create engaging content in both English and Vietnamese for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media, websites, and press releases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotions, partnerships, and product launches.

• Organize and execute events to showcase the cruise experiences, working closely with event vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.

• Work with Digital Marketing Team to monitor and report on campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously refine strategies and maximize brand impact.

• Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with followers.

• Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with Paradise’s brand guidelines and values.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written) for business communications and content creation.

• Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns effectively and independently.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in event planning and execution.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Email Marketing,…).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or luxury sector, especially in cruise products or similar high-end services.

• Knowledge of the Halong Bay area and an understanding of the luxury tourism market.
