B2B OEM Client Acquisition: Target, approach, and negotiate with major OEM Brand Owners, B2B Importers, and Global Distributors in the US, EU, and Japan (Medical, Food Grade, Cleanroom Gloves).
First Order Closing & Contract Negotiation: Manage B2B commercial negotiations, technical specs alignment, sample testing, FOB/CIF quotations, and successfully close the First OEM Order.
Key Account Handover: Hand over closed accounts to the Taipei Sales Team for long-term account management once the first order is finalized.
Factory & HQ Alignment: Coordinate directly with the Dong Nai Factory for sample development and production alignment, and report strategy progress to Taiwan HQ.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience: 2-5+ years of proven track record in B2B International Business Development / Key Account Acquisition for US, EU, and Japan markets.
Skills: Strong commercial acumen, high-level negotiation capabilities, and existing buyer network in relevant industries.
Languages: Business fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage for Taiwan HQ communication).
