• Participate in departmental meetings and support the Director in operating and implementing business plans.

• Assist the Director in monitoring progress and evaluating the performance of Departments/Divisions; work directly with Sales, Purchasing, and other roles.

• Research, synthesize information, and prepare market reports as requested.

• Update reports and propose relevant solutions.

• Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors (Specific details will be discussed during the interview).

• Bachelor Degree

• At least 2 years of experience in assistant, secretarial, or operational roles.

• Willing to commute within Ho Chi Minh City

• Proficient in either English or Japanese; strong office skills (MS Office).

• Agile, honest, good mindset, and eager to learn.

• Leadership skills, proactivity, and the ability to work under high pressure.

• Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and understandably, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills related to business operations.

• Mathematical proficiency.

• Ability to travel for business when required.
