Senior Business Development Executive - Green Food Project

- Identify and approach potential F&B partners, including international chains, local restaurant groups, and SMEs.

- Lead onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration into our system.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.

- Co-develop exclusive deals, co-branded campaigns, and joint marketing initiatives.

- Monitor partner performance, service quality, and commission-based revenue.

- Propose and sell tailored advertising and marketing solutions to partners.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s or College degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, e-commerce, agency, or enabler industries.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale restaurant partnerships or enterprise accounts.

- Strong skills in either negotiation or data analysis.

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

- High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.

- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
