Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to architectural design and project delivery while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and clients. Depending on your experience and level, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior architects, and support the successful execution of projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities:

Design & Project Delivery

• Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project stages.

• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• Manage assigned project tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.

• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout all project phases.

• Depending on experience and project requirements, independently lead project packages or architectural projects from concept to completion.

• Conduct site visits and respond to construction-related issues when necessary.

• Review drawings and provide technical guidance to junior architects.

• Mentor and support junior team members to ensure consistent quality of work.

• Participate in client meetings, present design solutions, and coordinate project communication with stakeholders.

• Stay informed of industry trends, construction technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

• Ensure the Scope of work is delivered as per project contract and coordinate with financial team to coordinate invoicing for the completed design stages.

• Bachelor’s

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.

• 5-15 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience preparing construction drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations.

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Depending on experience and level, the ability to independently lead projects, mentor junior architects, and contribute to project planning and team development is highly valued.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

• BIM/Revit experience is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

• Fixed Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday
