Mid-Level Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-level Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of interior design projects while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients. You will have the opportunity to support projects from concept through construction, guide junior designers, and help ensure high-quality design outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts that meet client expectations, project objectives, budget, and timeline.

• Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning layouts, material palettes, FF&E selections, and design documentation.

• Produce design development packages and coordinate construction documentation with technical teams.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout all project stages.

• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

• Manage assigned project tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination under the guidance of Senior Interior Designers or Project Managers.

• Conduct site visits and respond to construction-related issues when necessary.

• Review drawings and provide guidance to junior designers where appropriate.

• Mentor and support junior team members to ensure consistent quality of work.

• Participate in client meetings and communicate design solutions professionally.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, furniture, finishes, and emerging design technologies.

• Bachelor's

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.

• 4–7 years of professional experience in interior design and project coordination.

• Strong portfolio demonstrates creativity, technical capability, and project experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Revit and rendering software (such as Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray) is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of space planning, FF&E, materials, finishes, detailing, and construction documentation.

• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Basic project management and coordination skills.

• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to mentor junior designers and work collaboratively within a team.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Fixed Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday
