Revit Modeler Architect

Job summary:

We are seeking a precise and detail-oriented Revit Modeler Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming architectural design concepts into high-quality, data-rich BIM models and comprehensive construction documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of architectural detailing, a strong focus on hospitality projects, and the technical expertise to maintain and optimize BIM workflows across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• BIM Modeling & Documentation: Produce highly accurate architectural drawings, plans, sections, and structural/joinery details utilizing Autodesk Revit.

• Design Translation: Effectively translate design concepts, sketches, and schematics into rigorous technical documentation ready for construction.

• Model Standards & Maintenance: Develop and maintain BIM models for premium hospitality projects in strict accordance with company and international BIM protocols.

• Family & Template Management: Proactively build, maintain, and update BIM/Revit standards, parametric families, and project templates to improve studio efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and MEP/Structural consultants to integrate all technical requirements and resolve clashes within the model.

• Model Auditing: Conduct regular model health checks and audits to ensure absolute accuracy, completeness, and model consistency.

• Change & Lifecycle Management: Meticulously track, update, and implement design revisions throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Visual Support: Assist the design team in extracting views, creating presentations, and generating basic renderings/visualizations for client approvals.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related technical field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as a Revit Modeler or BIM Architect. Experience in hospitality design is highly preferred.

• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of architectural construction methods, materials, and coordination workflows (MEP/Structure).

• Language: English proficiency is mandatory (for reading technical specifications and coordinating models with international stakeholders).

• Soft Skills: Strong collaboration mindset, high attention to detail, and a structured approach to data and file management.
