Senior Accounting Service Manager

1. Client Service & Technical Leadership

- Lead the delivery of accounting and compliance services for a portfolio of local and international clients while ensuring consistent service quality.

- Review complex accounting and tax matters, providing technical guidance and practical solutions to both clients and internal teams.

- Ensure all financial reports, statutory filings, tax declarations, and regulatory submissions are completed accurately and within required deadlines.

- Identify operational risks, resolve technical issues, and continuously improve service quality.

- Provide coaching and technical support to managers and senior team members on challenging engagements.

- Participate in advisory assignments and business transformation projects when required.

2. Client Management & Business Operations

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery.

- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and service efficiency across multiple engagements.

- Support business planning initiatives by contributing to revenue growth, operational performance, and service excellence.

- Collaborate with senior management to improve business processes and enhance client experience.

3. Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals across different levels.

- Set performance objectives, conduct regular coaching sessions, and support career progression.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance working environment while strengthening the organization's leadership pipeline.

- Effectively manage workload distribution, team capacity, and overall productivity.

4. Capability Building

- Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant legislation.

- Design and deliver technical training programs to enhance the team's professional capabilities.

- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the department.

5. Operational Excellence

- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.

- Contribute to the development and standardization of internal procedures, controls, and best practices.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness.

6. Business Growth & Strategic Initiatives

- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing service offerings and improve client value.

- Stay informed of market developments, industry trends, and evolving client needs.

- Support leadership in developing new service capabilities and long-term business strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Around 15 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, or professional services, including several years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven experience leading accounting service delivery within consulting firms, outsourcing providers, or other professional service environments.

• Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Professional certifications such as Vietnam CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English; additional foreign language proficiency is considered an advantage.

• Commercial mindset with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
