JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will report to the Manager and Sales Director and will primarily be involved in the following:

• Handle customer systems in the process of Quotation, Purchase Order, Logistic documents, Payment documents

• Assist salesmen in handling customers on sales and product inquiries to maintain good relationship with customers, visit customers if needed (not often)

• Working with cross functional departments to make sure you handle customer’s inquiries smoothly

• Take care of existing and new customers to generate new orders (if any)

• Making reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Other tasks assigned by managers

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree

• Fluent English

• 1+ year of B2B sales support, sales or customer services experience

• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

• Good at Excel

Nice to have:

• Experience with MRP, SAP, factory automation, electric devices

• Good at Power-point

• Good negotiation skills
