Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth in Vietnam for a premium luxury home appliance brand. This role is responsible for developing retail, project, and B2B sales, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, project, and B2B channels.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, retailers, and key customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quotations, negotiations, and project follow-up.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, showroom demonstrations, and support marketing events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in premium/luxury consumer products, project sales, or related industries.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with architects, designers, developers, or project customers is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
