Tuyển dụng Recruiter In-House/Independent Handbag Division

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination.
Source qualified candidates independently through multiple channels, including job boards, employee referrals, direct searches, and recruitment agencies.
Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters when external support is required.
Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and cost-per-hire.
Prepare regular recruitment updates and reports for the HR Director / VP.
Support employer-branding initiatives and build sustainable talent pipelines for the handbag manufacturing business.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least five years of recruitment experience, preferably within the manufacturing, footwear, handbag, or a related industry.
Proven experience independently managing the full recruitment cycle.
Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Strong candidate-sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with recruitment channels, practices, and tools in the Vietnamese market.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required.
Mandarin Chinese is an advantage, particularly for coordination with the company’s headquarters.
