Tuyển dụng Quality Engineer (Newly Setup Semiconductor Project) tại Đà Nẵng

- Design, implement, and continuously enhance quality inspection and control procedures covering incoming materials, in-process operations, and finished products.

- Track manufacturing quality indicators, manage quality deviations, and facilitate structured investigations to identify causes and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.

- Administer the company’s ISO 9001-based quality management framework and organize preparation for internal, third-party, and customer audits.

- Evaluate supplier quality results, follow up on supplier-related issues, and ensure materials and processes meet applicable requirements, including JEDEC and IPC standards.

- Lead the resolution of customer quality concerns, warranty cases, and formal 8D activities, while applying SPC and other quality techniques to improve process stability and product performance.

- Participate in semiconductor package qualification, reliability evaluation, and manufacturing process validation activities.

- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other relevant functions to identify quality risks and enhance overall production effectiveness.

- Maintain and improve quality-related procedures, records, specifications, and control plans in line with business and customer requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or another relevant technical field.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering, preferably gained within a manufacturing environment.

- Solid understanding of quality management frameworks and problem-solving methodologies, including ISO 9001, JEDEC, IPC, SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and related tools.

- Practical experience in developing and implementing incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control systems is required.

- Background in semiconductor packaging, electronics manufacturing, or other high-precision manufacturing environments would be an advantage.

- Strong capability in data analysis, troubleshooting, structured problem solving, and stakeholder communication.

- Good command of English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.

- Self-motivated, meticulous, and comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
