- Develop plans and manage the progress of Quality System section activities to achieve the established quality objectives.

- Will be responsible for controlling the department's/section's budget and expenses.

- Develop departmental or organizational themes/tasks and proceed with directing, resolving, and improving them.

- To improve personnel management, guidance, and motivation within the QA department.

- Promote improvements to the quality system in the production process when necessary.

- Maintain an auditing, assessment, and reporting system such that deficiencies are reported back to those responsible for immediate corrective actions and continuous improvements.

- Act as a primary representative between customers and internal teams regarding the quality system.

- Review compliance to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 Standards and quality system requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a related field.

- Japanese communication and reporting (JLPT N2). Prefer to know more about English.

- Have up to 8 years of working experience in the same position.

- Experience in quality assessment, internal audit, and supplier assessment.

- Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.

- Operative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001, strong problem-solving skills, well-organized, adaptable, leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and troubleshooting skills will be prioritized
