QC Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy QA/QC Engineer to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality e-commerce solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end testing lifecycle—from initial requirements analysis to final deployment. We are looking for a candidate who stays ahead of the curve by leveraging AI tools to accelerate test cycles, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall software reliability.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis: Review and validate product requirements and design specifications to ensure testability and technical alignment.
Test Documentation: Architect and maintain comprehensive Test Plans, Test Cases, and Checklists tailored to complex e-commerce workflows.
Multi-Layered Execution: Conduct rigorous Manual, Performance, and API testing to ensure high availability and system integrity.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs through their entire lifecycle, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders.
Reporting & Insights: Analyze test metrics to provide stakeholders with data-driven, comprehensive quality reports.
Collaboration: Report directly to the Product Manager/ Business Analyst while providing technical mentorship and support to cross-functional team members.

Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Domain Expertise: Proven experience in the E-commerce sector, with a deep understanding of web development and cross-platform/browser compatibility.
Data Proficiency: Strong grasp of relational database concepts.
AI & Innovation: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, or AI-based testing platforms) to generate test cases, debug code, or optimize testing scripts.
Language: Basic English level for both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" List): Hands-on experience with the Magento (Adobe Commerce) platform.
Ability to develop and maintain Automation Testing frameworks.
Financial acumen: Experience verifying the accuracy of sales data and transaction logic.
