Senior Java Developer

- Develop and maintain backend services (Spring Boot, batch & REST) across multiple client projects.
- Self-research, give advice, and solve complex technical problems in Java.
- Design and implement reliable batch jobs and data-integration flows applying design patterns.
- Write well-structured, maintainable code optimized for high-traffic websites.
- Work directly with clients to identify the optimal technical solutions.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical implementation.
- Act as the technical point of contact for assigned projects, communicating progress, technical risks, and issue status directly and proactively in English (verbal & written).
- Ensure good quality of product delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Write clear technical documentation for source code.
- Apply testing frameworks and code reviews to enforce coding standards.
- Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and best practices to own the technical quality of the project end to end.
- Continuously research and adopt new tools and techniques to improve delivery.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience: 4+ years of professional Java back-end development.
- Core Tech: Spring Boot 3.x, Java 17 — Spring Batch, Spring Web, AOP, Validation. Strong Java Core, OOP / OOAD, and design patterns. RESTful web services (Spring Web).
- Database: MariaDB and Oracle (production databases). MyBatis (SQL mapper) and Spring JDBC.
- Build & Test: Build tool: Maven. Testing: JUnit 5, Spring Batch Test.
- Soft Skills: Strong English communication—able to work and communicate directly with international clients (verbal & written). Critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork. Professional and ethical behavior.
