Junior Assistant Account Manager

- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients / Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng hiện hữu
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare quotations and project P&L / Phối hợp các bên để làm báo giá, tính P&L
- Draft contracts and related documents / Soạn thảo hợp đồng và các văn bản liên quan
- Handle internal approval processes / Sử dụng hệ thống nội bộ để xin phê duyệt, trình ký
- Issue invoices via SAP system / Xuất hóa đơn trên SAP
- Prepare quotations as required / Làm báo giá theo yêu cầu
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager / Thực hiện các công việc theo chỉ đạo của quản lý
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong communication and client management skills / Kỹ năng giao tiếp và quản lý khách hàng tốt
- Good English communication skills / Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt
- Experience in quotation and contracts is a plus / Có kinh nghiệm làm báo giá và hợp đồng là lợi thế
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel / Thành thạo Word và Excel
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset / Có tinh thần học hỏi cao và chủ động trong công việc
- Responsible and detail-oriented / Có trách nhiệm và cẩn thận trong công việc
- Basic understanding of IT products/services / Có hiểu biết cơ bản về sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ IT
- Familiar with sales processes and related documentation / Có hiểu biết về quy trình bán hàng và các nghiệp vụ liên quan
