1. Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets safely, efficiently, and on schedule, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and production facilities.

2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules with Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure timely material availability and on-time customer delivery.

3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, improve yield, reduce scrap and downtime, optimize manufacturing processes, and support new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, and product transfers.

4. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 Quality Management System, workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company policies, while supporting audits and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

5. Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, quality, delivery, labour efficiency, and manufacturing costs, implementing improvement initiatives to achieve operational and budget targets.

6. Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators through effective manpower planning, performance management, training, and employee engagement.

7. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and overseas technical teams to ensure smooth production operations and support manufacturing improvement initiatives.

8. Prepare production reports, present departmental performance to Management, and perform other duties assigned by the General Manager or Operations Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of production management experience in a small- to medium-sized manufacturing environment.

Experience in high-tech or regulated manufacturing industries and familiarity with ERP systems are preferred.

• Experience Requirement Solid manufacturing experience in production operations, production planning, cost control, and operational management. Good working knowledge of assembly manufacturing processes, 5S, GMP, workplace safety and health (WSH), and continuous improvement practices.

• Skill Requirement Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with proven leadership, planning, organizational, coordination, communication, and execution skills.

• Personality Requirement Results-oriented and proactive, with strong planning and execution ability, high integrity, professional ethics, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Good command of speaking English and Madarin.
