Tuyển dụng Process Engineer tại Bắc Ninh

1. Process Engineer provides technical and functional support for ERP systems, resolving user issues, monitoring system performance, performing maintenance/upgrades and train end-users

2. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting ERP-related incidents, managing user access, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with IT and business teams on system enhancements, and documenting resolutions

3. Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support to users via phone, email and in-person assisting with technical and functional issues within the ERP system

4. Resolving issues - Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve user-reported problems and support tickets, logging issues and their solutions

5. Data Integrity - Ensure data accuracy and security within the ERP system and help with data migration activities

6. End-User Training - Train users on ERP functionalities and best practices to improve system utilization

7. Documentation - Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles and support processes

8. Create training aids and conduct training for all onboarding new operation staffs and workers

9. Responsible to get ready showroom, level 1 meeting room and main control room prior to the visit of any customer

10. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior on time

Yêu cầu công việc

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or general Engineering field is preferred.

• At least 1 years of ERP Experience: Proven experience with specific ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

• Has past experience dealing with manufacturing process and system studies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with users and technical teams.

• A communicative person and easily engage in conversation with end-users.

• Good command of speaking English or China.
