3. Welcome new comers, preparation for new comers (access permission, laptop, BC account, email…)

4. Orientation training, Over sea training, trainee data control, training record and report

5. Employees list control (employees' data & resignation data),

6. Update all job description & Organization chart

7. Labor contract, probation end, labor contract end follow up

8. Issue labor contract for employees

9. Follow up probation end evaluation and notice for the result of probation to employees

10. Follow up contract end evaluation and contract end renewal

11. Employee's relation & Disciplinary action

12. Improvement commnication with employees

13. In charge of disciplinary actions following company's policy

14. Knowledge or experience in social insurance and PIT is an advantage

15. Other jobs are assigned by Manager

◆ Qualification Requirements (Including Knowledge, Skill, Experience)

◆ Knowledge Requirement University graduation

◆ Experience Requirement At least 2 - 3 years experience in similar position

◆ Skill Requirement - Good communication and negotiation skill

English communication

Can use application to design recruitment notice to get attractive candidates

◆ Personality Requirement - Hard working / Careful / Honest / High sense of responsibility and compliance
