Portfolio & Brand Strategy:

Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies to revitalize, optimize, and expand the market share of current pet product lines.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pet owner behavioral studies to identify growth opportunities.

Go-To-Market & Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, trade, and offline channels to boost brand awareness and product adoption.

Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure consistent product messaging and strong execution at the point of sale (pet shops, vet clinics, e-commerce).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to refine product positioning, packaging, and feature enhancements based on market feedback.

Monitor product performance metrics, sales volume, and campaign ROI, adjusting tactics as needed to hit business targets.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Category Management (prior experience in Pet Care, FMCG, or Animal Nutrition is strongly preferred).

Language Skills: Conversational English (ability to communicate, write basic reports, and collaborate with internal/external partners in English).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
