Product Assistant Manager (Revolving)

• Drive customer acquisition growth through Telesales and Digital while maintaining portfolio quality.

• Lead funnel optimization initiatives by identifying conversion bottlenecks, reducing customer friction, and improving application-to-signed conversion rates.

• Monitor and improve key business metrics including New Customer Acquisition, Activated Customers, First Transaction rate and Approval Rate.

• Lead strategic acquisition projects (ACC) to identify, evaluate, and implement new growth opportunities, customer segments, and channel expansion initiatives.

• Collaborate with Digital Sales, Marketing, CVM, Product, and Technology teams to design and execute campaigns that improve customer acquisition, activation, and engagement performance.

• Conduct performance analysis and business reviews to identify growth opportunities, generate actionable insights, and support management decision-making.

• Build business cases and recommend initiatives that improve acquisition, customer lifetime value, and channel efficiency.

• Ensure acquisition activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 5 years of experience product management, acquisition with minimum 3 years in Consumer Finance, Banking, Credit Card, BNPL, Digital Lending or Fintech. (Open for FP&A, Commercial Finance experience)

• Good communication & stakeholder management skill

• Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and resilience in driving initiatives and delivering results

• Possesses a data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data to support business decisions and performance optimization.

• Basic skill in SQL

• Fluent in English
