Tuyển dụng Process Engineer tại Đồng Nai

-          To ensure that all produced parts or services are of customer’s required quality and specification.
-          Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products
-          Design process flow, determine cycle time, and calculate production capacity
-          Establish and validate machine parameters, such as temperature, pressure, speed, and processing time
-          Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure products are designed for manufacturability (DFM - Design for Manufacturing)
-          Plan and execute production trials, analyze results, and optimize process performance
-          Conduct process validation using DOE, capability studies, yield analysis, and scrap reduction
-          Prepare manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Machine Setup Sheets, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Charts
-          Lead the transfer of new products from development to mass production
-          Drive continuous process improvements to reduce cycle time, material consumption, production costs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
-          To initiate and ensure effective handling of non-conformities of parts, processes and system, until the deficiencies are totally overcome at IQC, IPQC and OQC.
-          To ensure that productivity, delivery and quality improvements are carried out at optimum cost.
-          To ensure that all day-to-day procedures and documentation comply with the documented quality system.
-          Overall responsible for departmental operational planning/control including handling customer complaints, incoming buy-off criteria, sampling method/ plan, concession waiver process, non-conforming products handling, measurement tool qualification, material specification and standards (ESD, RoHS, Color etc.)
-          Knowledge of ROHS, REACH requirements and follow customer material specifications.
-          To understand departmental goals and in line with company vision, mission and quality policy.
-          To be responsible for senior, workers training and development as well as their discipline and safety.
-          Authorized for the handling and control the calibration- repair and replace new measurement equipment.
-          Minimum qualification for this position is vocational certificate with related work experience.
-          Working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PPT), drawing technical 2D & 3D
-          3 years related working experience in Thermorforming, Injection molding regarding to plastic
-          Knowledgeable of the QC tools, Molding design concept, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, 8D report, PPAP, machine & tooling in industry practice.
-          Spoken and Written languages: upper- intermediate English
