- Monitor ethylene plant reliability and recurring issues; lead root-cause studies and improvement actions.
- Analyze daily production performance gaps and implement initiatives to optimize output.
- Review economics and develop process improvements to improve efficiency, product quality, and profitability.
- Review and recommend SOPs for process improvements; ensure proper implementation.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and hazard analysis to maintain safe, reliable operation.
- Support pre- and post-TAM activities to ensure safe and reliable plant restart.
- Prepare and review safety documents for equipment design changes.
- Lead PSSR for new or modified equipment before commissioning.

- Language: Good proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- From 1 to 8 years of experience in process engineering within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industries.
- Required skill:
- Well understand production process knowledge
- Fast response and flexible for unplan situation management
- Good Collaboration among related team
