Performance Marketing Leader

● Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels with performance as the north star.

● 3–6 years hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing (startup or fast-growth environment preferred).

● Deep practical expertise running paid media and optimizing funnels end-to-end.

● Strong analytical fluency comfortable with attribution thinking, LTV/CAC modeling, and working with analytics dashboards. Basic SQL is a plus.

● Experience working cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams.
