Performance Marketing Executive

Cốc Cốc is expanding into the EdTech space with innovative AI-powered products. We are looking for a data-driven and growth - oriented Performance Marketing Executive to drive user acquisition, optimize marketing campaigns, and accelerate the growth of our educational products.  

As a Performance Marketing Executive for Team EdTech, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns while leveraging data and insights to maximize campaign effectiveness and business growth.  

Campaign Management & Optimization  

• Set up and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.  
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC,   CPA, and ROAS.  
• Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and performance.  
• Conduct A/B testing on targeting, campaign structure, and creatives to improve results.  

 Data Analysis & Reporting  

• Track and analyze campaign performance data  
• Prepare regular reports and propose optimization or scaling strategies  
• Ensure conversion tracking systems operate accurately. 

 Cross-team Collaboration  

• Work closely with the Content and Design teams to develop effective ad creatives.

Required qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)  
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.  
• Able to use Google Analytics (GA), Meta Ads Manager to track and report. 

Preferred qualifications:  

• Experience running ads for Mobile Apps, Edtech, or E-commerce.  
• Good planning, researching skills.  
• Good presenting problems and verbal communication skills.  
• Good in English communication skills.
