Strategic Planner - Agency Business Department

The Agency Business Department is looking for a Strategic Planner to join the Strategic Planning team in delivering high-impact media strategies and driving client success on the Cốc Cốc Ads platform. In this role, you will work closely with account managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to develop effective advertising solutions, strengthen proposal quality, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Join client meetings to receive briefs and translate business objectives into strategic media plans on the Cốc Cốc Ads platform.
• Lead the development of integrated media strategies, proposals, and campaign planning aligned with client KPIs.
• Proactively propose advertising packages, new ad formats, and creative solutions to enhance campaign performance.
• Present strategic recommendations to clients and confidently represent Cốc Cốc’s proposals.
• Collaborate with the QC team to implement new ad formats and campaign packages effectively.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Partner with Sales teams to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts through insight-driven proposals.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify growth opportunities and strategic directions for key verticals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in strategic planning (digital media / advertising / agency / ad platform preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media platforms
• Ability to build and implement comprehensive IMC plans
• Solid experience in market research and data analysis
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Nice-to-have

• Strong project management and decision-making capability.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of market trends and evolving digital advertising ecosystems.
• Experience developing new advertising solutions or formats is a plus.
