Qualifications:

Experience

• 3 years of experience in Engagement, Internal Communications, Employer Branding or related fields.

• Experience managing social media or internal communication channels.

Skills

• Strong storytelling, content creation, and communication skills.

• Planning mindset (monthly/series-based thinking)

• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Hands-on experience with Canva, Capcut or similar design tools is...
