E-store Operations Lead

Shop Growth & Sale Performance Management (35%)

• Manage shop portfolios, drive sales growth and profitability across shop list

• Develop and execute growth strategies covering assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility

• Monitor business performance and implement timely corrective actions

• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and overall channel efficiency

Team management & development (25%)

• Lead and assign work within the E-commerce team to ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively

• Recruit, develop, and strengthen team to support business goals and operational growth

Shop Operations Management (25%):

• Manage end-to-end shop operations to ensure smooth execution, including:

• Product setup and listing

• Promotion setup and performance tracking

• Affiliate management

• Purchase order (PO)

Partner & Stakeholder Management (15%)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce platforms and partners

• Lead business reviews and performance discussions

• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, affiliate team, supply chain and finance to ensure execution excellence

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5 years++ of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace

• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in driving sales performance and business growth

• Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

• Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with strong operational execution and problem-solving capabilities

• Comfortable building and improving processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Proven track record of managing and scaling e-commerce stores with monthly revenue/GMV exceeding VND 3 billion.
