Revenue Accountant

1. Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing revenue-related processes, including but not limited to billing, accounts receivable monitoring, revenue reconciliation, and e-commerce revenue accounting, ensuring that revenue is recorded completely, accurately, and in the correct accounting period.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Review supporting documents for completeness and validity before issuing invoices; manage invoice adjustments and replacements, and maintain supporting documents in accordance with applicable requirements.

• Manage accounts receivable, monitor payment due dates, perform customer balance reconciliations, and coordinate collection activities to ensure timely payment.

• Monitor and record accounting transactions and customer receipts; prepare receivables reports, analyze overdue balances, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.

• Reconcile revenue across business channels, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Website, B2B, and Agency channels, ensuring that revenue is recorded completely, accurately, and in the correct period.

• Review and reconcile settlement amounts, platform fees, commissions, vouchers, refunds, and other revenue adjustments from e-commerce platforms.

• Work closely with relevant departments and the Finance team to resolve issues related to revenue and accounts receivable.

• Perform month-end closing activities, including revenue reconciliation, preparation of AR Aging and Revenue Reports, and support the timely completion of financial statements.

• Prepare supporting documents for internal audits, external audits, and tax audits or inspections as required.

• Monitor and analyze revenue by shop, brand, and campaign; promptly identify and resolve discrepancies between operational systems and accounting records.

• Proactively recommend solutions to optimize revenue management, accounts receivable, and e-commerce reconciliation processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Revenue Lead and Chief Accountant.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field;

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Accounting; experience in E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG is preferred;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with MISA/AMIS; good understanding of tax regulations and e-invoicing requirements;

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively, take ownership, and work well under pressure.
