Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations

• Oversee operation of each section (seafood, agricultural products, rapid freezing)

• Manage staff and administrative personnel duties

• Optimize operational processes

Employee Management

• Manage approximately 40 employees (including management staff)

• Manage 3-shift operations

• Manage employee schedules and attendance

Equipment & Supplier Management

• Manage multiple compressor and air-conditioning-related suppliers

• Oversee maintenance of refrigeration equipment (▲20°C and ▲30°C systems)

• Maintain and manage refrigeration system operations and temperature control

ISO & Safety Management

• Conduct and supervise ISO training

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Maintain labor safety standards

After-Hours Operations

• Respond to issues occurring after business hours (after 4:30 PM)

• Handle emergency responses for refrigeration system failures

• Make emergency judgments and decisions

Organizational Coordination

• Coordinate with managers at adjacent facilities

Work Experience — Warehouse Operations Experience

• Practical warehouse operations experience

• Warehouse operations experience from any industry acceptable

Management Experience

• Employee management and team management experience (preferably managing 30+ people)

• Operations management experience

Language Skills — English

• English required (speaking and writing)

• International communication with group companies

• Gender: Preferably male

Organization Management Skills

• Ability to execute daily operations properly within the organization

• Ability to work well with adjacent facility managers

• Ability to manage employees appropriately

Responsiveness

• Ability to respond to emergencies outside business hours

• Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers

• Ability to manage multiple temperature zones and compartments
