We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of: Marketing Communication Specialist work at HCM:

Main Functions

• Develop and execute marketing strategies.

• Manage digital and content marketing.

• Analyze marketing performance and market trends.

• Drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and rental properties.

• Create engaging content for websites, social media, brochures, and newsletters (e.g., property listings, blog posts, and promotional materials).

• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.

• Update competitor information by importing data from product sales, drafting, aggregating, formatting, summarizing information, graphs, and presentations, and distributing reports.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Agency to align marketing efforts with business goals and produce high-quality marketing assets.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

• Prepare correspondence and catalogues by formatting content and images; arrange printing and Internet package charging.

• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and company values.

• Assist in organizing property tours, open houses, and community/company events to boost engagement.

• Achieve marketing and organizational goals by delivering required results in accordance with marketing plans and promotional programs.

• Collect information about customers, including customer needs and capabilities.

• Collect and process information about competitors.

Education: Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.

Language: Good command of English.

Age: Below 35 years old.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, or similar platforms).

• Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of the property management or real estate industry is a plus.
