QS Engineer (Hòa Bình, Có Xe Đưa Đón Hà Nội)

- Bidding: 50%

+ Preparation of budget, tender plan and tender invitation documents;

+ Bidding invitation, preparation of Bidding evaluation (financial part), Bidding evaluation report, Contract draft and Proposal for recommendation of Contract award.

+ Monitor and control budget, change management (variation order management) to ensure all actual or potential expenses are within approved budget.

- Contract Management and Payment: 30%

+ Contract management including working with other Departments and Contractor to ensure interpreting and enforcing of Contract term are correct, daily contractual management and correspondences to ensure Contractor performance is in-line with Contract stipulations;

+ Prepare payment documents, proceed payments and settlement including Contract liquidation;

+ Ensure all payments have sufficient supporting documents with correct quantity remeasurement and claim amount.

- Other Commercial Task: 20%

+ Prepare and update Pre-Qualified Contractor List periodically;

+ Prepare annual budget, cash-flow report, and any other reports related to Commercial subject;

+ Maintain and update document archive and record of Commercial department.

+ Any other tasks assigned by Commercial Department Head.

Requirement

University Degree in relevant field, i.e.: Construction Economic Engineeror Civil Engineer, etc.

Experience: Over 5 years working at Quantity Surveyor (QS) role in professional construction, consultant or real estate investment companies.

- Having experience work in foreign companies is plus.

- Good understanding on Bidding law and regulations is plus.

- Good at reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications;

-Good at quantity estimation and contract drafting;

-Good English skills (especially reading and writing skills).

-Proficient use of Microsoft Office software (especially Word, Excel.
Power Point).

-Go easy with team members, assigned task;

-Hard working and keen on details;

-Supportive and contributive with positive attitude;

-Honest and responsible.
