Legal Supervisor

• Consulting, carrying out procedures and solving legal issues related to the election of the Self- Management Board, handing over the Maintenance Fund, and tasks of the Investor.

• Develop programs and action plans periodically related to CSD's legal issues.

• Attend meetings with the Complex Self- Management Board related to the determination of the ownership of the parking lot of the PMH Investor.

• Report the results of monthly legal work of CSD.

• Attend meetings with the Complex Operation Management Unit related to ensuring the interests of Phu My Hung Company, ensuring that the Service Partners comply with the contract requirements.

• Drafting and taking charge of the legality of Contracts, Official Documents and External Documents.

• Anticipate the risks and risks in legal matters and propose solutions for early handling, prevention and mitigation of consequences, directly handling situations and incidents arising daily in CSD.

• Regularly update and disseminate current Regulations and Legal Documents related to the functions and duties of CSD.

- Education: Economic Law, Civil Law, Housing Law.

- Experience:

• Experience in consulting, knowledge of current laws and solving legal problems is preferred.

• Hardworking, enthusiastic, dynamic, able to work under high pressure.
