Manager, Cost And Contract Management

• To manage Cost Consultants (QS) to prepare cost plans, cost reports, variation order reports, certificate of payment, tender/contract documents, final accounts, etc. for each stage of project.

• To prepare the Construction Cost Estimate, Procurement Check and Construction Cost Analysis during Due Diligence Stage.

• To control the project team to obtain economical design solutions...

• University Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Structural or equivalent

• 5 years of experience in Cost / Contract management.

• English communication (intermediate).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and AutoCAD

• Independent and able to work in a team

• Be dynamic, creative, well-organized and hard-working
