Executive, Architect

• To follow up the Project Management/ Design management procedures/ systems oriented by ISO 9001.

• To assist Design Manager to manage and provide the outputs for Design Stage.

• To review design of Design Consultants for all projects.

• To assist in all construction design review process.

• To assist Cost & Contract Management Division in cost control of design.

• To support site staff and provide engineering related support, review and coordination to ensure that the quality expectations are properly met during construction.

• To coordinate between the Acting Project Manager, Site team, Consultants.

• To join together with site team in periodic site inspection to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specification.

• To support reviewing material specifications to ensure they adhere to the standards.

• To develop highly complex engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents and performance assessments as required.

• To recommend alternative engineering solutions to the management when necessary.

• Any other work relating to the Projects as per requirements by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University Degree in Architectural / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent

• 3-5 years of experience in Design Executive.

• English communication (intermediate).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and AutoCAD

• Independent and able to work in a team

• Be dynamic, creative, well-organized and hard-working
