Tuyển dụng Legal Specialist tại Hà Nội

1. Legal
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in Vietnamese and/or English, including sales and purchase agreements for both domestic and cross-border transactions, service agreements, warehousing agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
Manage legal disputes arising from contracts, debt collection, and labor-related matters, including litigation and arbitration proceedings primarily in Vietnam.
Coordinate and work closely with external law firms and legal advisors on various legal matters.
Handle corporate secretarial matters and support licensing and regulatory-related matters.
Provide legal training and guidance to both legal and non-legal employees and relevant group companies in Vietnam.
2. Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
Investigate compliance-related incidents, including violations of laws or internal policies, workplace harassment, and other misconduct.
Monitor and assess risks related to corruption and support the implementation of appropriate preventive measures.
Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for employees of group companies in Vietnam.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an in-house legal counsel or practicing lawyer.
Vietnamese lawyer qualification / practicing certificate is preferred.
Strong contract drafting and reviewing skills in English are required.
Business-level English proficiency, particularly in reading and writing.
